You have found the Home of the [BGP] Clan and BestGameFiles.com one of the fastest growing online first person shooter sites around. Well at least where We are at anyway (LOL). If you are coming here straight from one of our game servers, we're glad you found us. We run our website just like we do our game servers. We expect everyone to be respectful of others and their opinions, and to be polite and good-natured. We try to offer a family-oriented atmosphere where you can even allow your children to play our game servers. We run a tight ship: no swearing, cheating or rudeness allowed. This website allows our community to learn >about and discuss the games that interest us, as well as current events and our lives in general. We currently host 10 online Game servers public and private. Details on this can be found in the server section. Our Team Speak server can have a unlimited amount of users so look around and check us out, post in a forum and say hello. The BGP Clan is always looking for a few good natured players so drop us a note so we know whom to look for and which game it is that you play.

Respect all players on the server. This means keep your language clean, do not TK (team kill, defined as killing someone on your team) anyone for any reason and don't make accusations regarding other peoples' styles of play (cheating, etc.). TK'ing (Team Killing) is unacceptable behavior. 9 times out of 10, a TK is a result of poor aim and/or judgment and is therefore not meant to happen. Occasionally someone will TK deliberately. In that event, contact an admin with the name of the individual and then let it go. This means that retaliatory TKs are also NOT ACCEPTABLE . If you were accidentally or even deliberately TKed, it is not your job to teach that person a lesson. The admins work very hard to keep the server enjoyable and have no qualms with investigating bad behavior on the server. Retaliatory TKs will be met in the same way as deliberate TKs. This could mean the eventual removal from the server permanently. Spawn Camping is also NOT ACCEPTABLE. Spawn killing is best described as killing someone within seconds of respawning. Spawn camping is described as waiting within an area known for enemy spawning so spawn killing can occur. In many maps, this is a grey area, but in just as many maps, these spawns are very clear. If you wander into a spawn area, the best course of action is to RUN FOR THE HILLS! Not to stay until someone kills you. Language: Although it's become quite acceptable even during Prime Time TV to swear and use derogatory language, this is a family server. We do not condone the use of bad language. This comes in the form of names as well. From racism to general comments, we feel that it's not only disrespectful of those on the server with you, but also a waste of conscious energy. If you feel that you must use derogatory language, go somewhere else. There are limits to what's acceptable language. Racism, sexism, etc., are completely unacceptable. However, the occasional "damn" fits within the realm of expressing one's frustration or disappointment. If you've been warned about a word, however, then refrain from using it again. Accusations: Remember that a great deal of people frequent this server. All of these people have at some point been scrutinized for their style of play and determined to not have tools to give them advantages over other players. We have tools in place to curb the use of cheats, so if you suspect someone of cheating, take it to this site and PM an admin to let him/her know of your suspicions. Outside of that, it would be in your best interest to know that we're very cautious about cheating and hold a very strict outlook on it. Whinning: While going hand-in-hand with Accusations, this is more general. However, no one wants to hear people whine about anything. If you have complaints, then take them to the site where it can bey discussed among all of our members. We're not out to exclude anyone, so your opinions, even if you're new, will be considered along with those of our regulars and vets. Respect your admins above all else. It's these admins who keep things running smooth on the server and give up their own good time to ensure that you continue to have a good time. If you're asked to do something, then please do it. If there's something the admin's doing that you disagree with, please bring it up with this admin in private through this website rather than disrupt the game server. If private conversation with the admin yields no results for you, bring it up publicly, but always remember "you attract more bees with honey than with vinegar." Understand that there's only so much leeway before warnings turn into kicks. Admins are people, too, and will only take so much before being pushed to the point of kicking and/or banning someone. Understand that BGF regulars, specifically those on Teamspeak (check the TS forums for more information), will get preferential treatment. If you're kicked for what seems like a no-good reason and the server's full, someone might be on their way in. We apologize for this and can only ask that you become well known in our community to avoid it happening again. CHEATING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! We have several tools in place, and while not foolproof, they give us an edge to determine if someone's cheating. If you are suspected of such, then you may be asked to cooperate by sending us a screenshot. If you're kicked soon after, this is because we really want to put the issue to rest. After you've been proven innocent, then we'll let you back on the server. Sorry, but any legit player would understand that this is necessary in order to have an equal chance at having a good time with everyone else

As part of the ongoing effort to keep our servers cheat files that are in mohaa, main and mainta directory’s. We require any player who has had a screen-shot forced by an administrator to send the screen-shots to screenshots within 24 hours or risk being banned from our servers. BGP clan members are not required to send in random screen-shots. In the event that a server administrator takes a screen-shot of a clan member, that member is required to follow the same rules as outlined above. free we run anti-cheat software. The software will at random take screen-shots of a player or players during the course of a game. If you have had a screen-shot taken, we ask that you send it in to us. The screen-shot can be found on your computer in the c:\program files\eagames\mohaa\mainta\screenshots folder. There will be 3 files which will include “screenshots” in the file name. These files will be in a .tga format. Please zip them up email them to: screenshots During the game a player may have a screen shot forced on them by one of our server administrators. This is usually done when there is a suspicion of unfair play. This does not mean that you have been accused of cheating only that there may be some suspicion. It is simply another tool that is used to help us keep make this the best place to play. If this happens, the player who was screen-shotted will be advised via a console message to send them in. It is entirely possible that there will be there will be a log file as well. This log file is a snap shot of all Active BGF server administrators will have a look at the screen shots to check to be sure they have not been altered and are the correct files as requested. If all looks ok, then nothing else needs to be done. If the server administrators feel that more info. is required, they may request more screen-shots. If the administrators see that a cheat has been detected, then the player may be asked to supply more information or the player may be banned from all Bestgamefiles servers.
